Also, your questioning of Hattie’s 30% figure that he attributes to teachers, is important. That figure is promoted by Principals in my area as a fact. When I asked them where did Hattie get that figure, none of them know. Pasi Sahlberg cites are more reputable organisation- the American Statistic Association analysis -https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/edra/44/2
THis analysis shows figures of 1-14%, so totally different conclusions can be made.
